*All warranty claims MUST be accompanied by this invoice. 

*No Refunds, only store credit is issued. 

*No warranty beyond any manufacturer's warranty. 

"All floor models are as is - Final Sale. 

"Special orders are non-returnable. 

*30% Restocking Fee. 

* Colors may vary from catalogs 

"Layaways: only 10% down, up to 6 months only. Must give us two weeks notice for merchandise to be ready. 

*Recycling fee is a state fee CA SB 254, CHP 388. We are not responsible for hauling away old furniture or mattress 

*Buyer agrees to measure all doorways, halls and stairways before ordering, making sure merchandise will fit. 

*All claims and issues must be notified within 3 days of delivery or pick up date. 

*We offer assistance in loading your merchandise but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your vehicle or merchandise. 

**Please clear drop off/set up area prior to delivery. Armando's Furniture delivery crew cannot move or remove furniture and/or personal belongings.
